EFEKTIVITAS PEMBERIAN SARI KURMA TERHADAP KELANCARAN PRODUKSI ASI IBU POST PARTUM DI RSKDIA SITI FATIMAH MAKASSAR
This research is Quasi Experimental Design with Control Group Design. The number of samples in this study were 30 respondents using purposive sampling. The data collection technique is done by directly giving palm juice that has been soaked overnight to post partum mothers. The dose for mothers post partum 1 cup every day is morning either before meals or after meals. Data analysis using the Chi-Square test.
Univariate analysis results showed that the number of respondents who were given the results of a soaking date in the form of palm juice as many as 15 people, consisting of 13 people (87.7%) who have smooth milk production and non-smooth milk production consist of 2 people (13.3%). While the number of respondents who were not given a date of soaking dates in the form of palm juice as many as 15 people consisted of 6 people (40%) who had smooth milk production and 9 people (60%) who had non-smooth milk production. The results of bivariate analysis on spss with Chi-Square test obtained ρ = 0.023. Because the value of ρ = 0.023 <α (0.05), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is effectiveness between the provision of dates soaking in the form of date palm juice on the smooth milk production in post partum mothers in RKDIA Siti Fatimah Makassar.
